What candle sizes and types can I use with this candle warmer ?
You can use most standard glass jar containers up to 12cm in diameter. Avoid candles with metal lids or open flames or damaged jars to prevent safety hazards.
Is the glass shade hot ? Can i touch it safely ?
During use, the glass shade becomes warm. which is normal. Avoid prolonged or direct contact to prevent burns. Always handle with care.
Can I use wax melts with this candle warmer ?
Yes! Our warmer is compatible with most wax melts. Always place them in a heat-safe dish or container. Never put wax melts directly on the base of the lamp to avoid damages.
How long can I leave the candle warmer on ?
We recommend not using the warmer continuously for more than 8 hours. Always turn off the warmer when unattended or before sleeping to ensure safety.
What type of bulb does it use, and can I replace it ?
The warmer comes with 2 standard 50W bulbs included. Replacement bulbs matching the 50Wrating are widely available at supermarkets, hardware stores and online retailers. Use this type f bulb only to ensure safety and prevent overheating.
What's your return/refund policy if I'm not satisfied ?
We offer 30-day return policy for all customers. If you are in the European Union, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU law. To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be unused and in their original packaging.
